- 20+ years total industry experience in manufacturing, marketing, business development, and general management of specialty chemicals businesses with DuPont, Air Products and Chemicals, and Reichhold Chemicals.
- 10+ years as chemicals M&A consultant.
- 10 years as independent investor/developer.
- Numerous transactions with total value exceeding $400 million.
